They are the influencers, owning the relationship between the customer and Victaulic. Victaulic’s key achievements on the project include the design of cost-effective building expansion joints utilizing flexible couplings; dedicated and robust field support to ensure proper installation; header fabrication, which eliminated costly large-diameter field welds; and engineering services to design accommodation for building and thermal expansion with off-the-shelf material.

The customer chose Victaulic as its supplier because Victaulic provides complete fire protection system solutions and best-in-class after-sales support. Couplings, fittings, sprinklers, alarm check valves, and VicFlex™ flexible sprinkler fittings were used in the building’s fire protection system, water supply, and drainage system as well as the stormwater system. To maximize efficiency in the piping layout and design, the engineers utilized the Revit® productivity add-on, Victaulic Tools for Revit® and the Victaulic Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) team provided on-site training.
